US beta privacy information
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026
This beta-stage notice explains the information RefriLog currently handles while we validate the product with US pilot teams. It is informational and does not replace a final counsel-reviewed privacy policy for a paid production service.
Information we may handle
Depending on how you use the beta, RefriLog may handle account details such as your name and email address; tenant or workspace information; operational records such as assets, cylinders, refrigerant entries, service activity, notes, alerts, and audit-related reports; and the messages you send to the beta or enterprise support addresses.
How we use it
We use this information to provide the requested workflow, keep teams and records associated with the correct workspace, respond to support requests, investigate reliability or security issues, and learn from pilot feedback. We do not use this beta page to promise a particular retention period or a particular regulatory outcome.
Sharing and service providers
RefriLog may rely on infrastructure and service providers needed to host the application, deliver email, authenticate users, or operate the beta site. We do not sell personal information. Access is limited to the people and providers who need it for the purposes described here, subject to the agreements and controls available for the beta.
Choices and requests
For access, correction, or deletion questions about a beta account or workspace record, review the account deletion instructions or email beta@refrilog.com. Include enough context for us to identify the request, but do not send passwords, API keys, or other secrets by email.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the beta workflow changes. The version on this page is the current public reference. Questions about privacy can be sent to beta@refrilog.com. Final production privacy terms and any store-specific disclosures will be published before those releases.
