US beta terms information
Terms of Service
Last updated: August 13, 2026
These beta-stage terms describe the basic expectations for using RefriLog while the product is being validated with invited US pilot teams. They are not final commercial terms for a paid production service; those terms will be supplied before paid production use.
Beta access
Access is provided to invited pilot participants and may be changed, limited, or ended as the beta evolves. Keep account credentials and workspace invitations under your organization's control, and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been misused.
Responsible use
Use RefriLog only for lawful business operations and only with information your organization is authorized to provide. Do not upload secrets, malicious code, or information that the pilot agreement does not permit. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or access another team's workspace.
Your records and feedback
Your organization remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and appropriate use of its operational records. Feedback helps us improve the beta; please avoid including confidential information in feedback unless the pilot team has agreed on a suitable channel.
Beta limitations
The beta may contain defects, may change without notice, and may not include every workflow, integration, report, or control needed for a production deployment. Do not rely on RefriLog as the only copy of a record that your organization must retain. Export or preserve required records using your own operating procedures.
Suspension and contact
We may suspend access to protect the service, users, or data, or when a pilot ends. For access questions, email beta@refrilog.com. For an enterprise pilot discussion, email enterprise@refrilog.com. Final production terms, service commitments, and any governing-law provisions will be supplied with the applicable commercial agreement.
